- "GharPr" refers to the company operating the Services, including the GharPr Customer, Seller, and Rider apps.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may access and use GharPr with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

- GharPr acts as a digital intermediary and is not directly responsible for the products, food quality, or delivery times.
6. Fees and Payments
GharPr may charge service fees, delivery fees, or commissions depending on your role (customer, seller, or rider). All prices and fees are shown before checkout and may vary based on location, availability, and demand.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
